Refund & Cancellation Policy

As promised, we always value our customers.

According to Back office policy, clients have option to cancel the project if the tasks are not completed in time or if the client wants to cancel the project in between. In both cases, the client needs to send an email with intention to cancel the project and seek the refund of advance amount, if any. Subject to the quick review of our Internal Dispute Forum, such request will be acceded. If the Internal Dispute Forum does not agree with the request the matter will be referred to the external dispute forum as discussed below.

In an effort to make back office services, a pleasant experience to you, we have agreed to go by the arbitration body - to handle dispute if any arises. This forum works without any geographical jurisdiction and we agree to avail the services of this arbitration body before moving to any jurisdictional legal authority. The advance amount deposited will be credited once we deliver the work product to the satisfaction and upon issuing of invoice. The advance amount will be available for refund in case you are not satisfied with our work product.

Refunds may also take place as a result of a processing error, technical problem, chargeback, threat of chargeback or any fraudulent transaction or situation which we reasonably considers to be potentially fraudulent, unlawful, or in breach of company’s prohibited items & DMCA policy or privacy policy.

All Users of our platform are required to agree to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. This policy may be updated from time to time, so you should check back regularly.
